We currently have a Security Analyst position available in our IT Department in Oaks, PA. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining all security authentication and authorization profiles. This position is also responsible for implementing and maintaining Information Security policies and procedures, performing governance-related activities including analysis, reporting, and supporting service-related training. Other essential duties for this position include:
- Develop, test and modify security measures and mechanisms to guard against unauthorized access to electronically stored and/or transmitted data and protect against reasonably anticipated threats and hazards,
- Partner with HR Department to ensure new hire access accounts are created in a timely manner; maintain a process and flow of information between HR and IT to ensure a smooth account creation and deletion process,
- Develop technology evaluations, security awareness and vulnerability management ensuring necessary revisions are made to program and forms.
Successful candidates for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in I.T. or Information Security, or equivalent work experience. CISSP is a plus. Additional requirements for this position are familiarity with PCI-DSS, FISMA, HIPAA/HITECH requirements and compliance, demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups both within and external to the company to achieve desired results, ability to review large amounts of data to identify critical events and develop plans for address them.
