Information Security Engineer, you will provide awareness, prevention, detection, and response services to the variety of computer, network, and information security issues affecting corporate and production infrastructures. As a key member of the Operations team, you will work closely with developers, quality engineers and internationally with fellow information security experts in order to develop, implement and harmonize information security policies across the company.
BSc degree in Computer Science.
5-10 years of experience in information technology security, including infrastructure, network and application security.
Strong experience with security engineering and affiliated technologies, including authentication, cryptography, firewalls and intrusion-detection tools.
In-depth knowledge of network and web-related protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity topics such as PKI, STS and SAML.
Understanding of cloud computing services, architecture and security concerns.
In-depth understanding of virtualization technologies.
Expertise with UNIX/Linux (especially SELinux) and MS Windows operating systems.
Experience with LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory (AD).
Good working knowledge of configuration management (Puppet, Chef) and service orchestration (Saltstack) tools and methodologies.
Expertise with database systems, including relational (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) systems.
Experience working within a global firm.
