Serves as a CSBS Computer Administrator; configures, installs, and maintains computers and other equipment; updates and maintains servers and resources; maintains the College’s computer-based classrooms and labs including: GIS Lab, Geography Lab, Statistics Lab, Interior Design Lab, and Textiles and Apparel Lab; assists faculty, staff, and students with technology related issues; acts as CSBS liaison to IT vendors and as CSBS representative to ITS groups on campus; and works with CSBS Associate Dean to develop CSBS policies and practices for supported systems, software, and configurations.
Bachelor's degree required.
At least two years of experience managing information systems and working with system management servers required.
Experience with customer service related roles in an information technology area preferred.
