The Information Technology Systems Engineer is responsible for Active Directory Administration, file and print services, Microsoft Exchange Administration, account creation, Microsoft Outlook configuration, distribution groups and SMS administration. Remote Access support for clients and vendors. Also supports Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office software including Internet Explorer. Provides advanced troubleshooting for TCP/IP network, and backup support for network hardware including routers, hubs and switches.

. Two years of experience as a network administrator.

. Must also possess the following experience:
Microsoft Exchange server administration.

Supporting application services that run under current Microsoft Server

Operating Systems, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS, SMS,

RAS, and web-based proxy services.

. Client-based applications of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems,

Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.

. Microsoft certified network engineer certificate preferred

. Bachelor’s degree in computer science (experience may be substituted for


. Knowledge of network cabling standards and networking devices such as

bridges, routers, switches and hubs.

. Firm knowledge of the TCP/IP suite of protocols.
