Collaborates with business representatives, product team members, other support tiers, etc. to develop and provide appropriate level 2/3 support strategies for external and internal platform/application end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides level 2/3 support for external and internal end users for locally-installed, third-party hosted or internet-accessible applications

Interact with vendors, infrastructure services personnel and/or applications development to restore service and/or correct core problems.
Coordinate with internal and external service providers in the area of incident, problem, and change management, capacity planning and troubleshooting, representing the interests of supported business groups.
Support vendor and customer contracts to established service level agreements.Produce and assist with training and communication programs.
Collaborates with business representatives, product team members, other support tiers, etc. to develop and provide appropriate level 2/3 support strategies for external and internal platform/application end users.

Solid technical background and experience
Possesses fine-tuned analytical skills and/or programming experience
Relational database experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Possesses solid written and verbal skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Information Management or business related fields preferred

3 years business experience

3 years IT Support or Analysis

May be required to perform duties outside working hours or work a non-standard shift (ie, weekends).
