Infrastructure Support Specialist II
Comprehensive business, technical, or functional knowledge, as well as basic project management skills and communication and analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customer, peers and support partners. Ability to perform while under high-pressure situations.
- Must be able to work on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
- Maintain high level Customer satisfaction by clarifying Customer needs and ensuring that they are met. Handle customer relation problems promptly and appropriately, escalate issues according to established procedures.
- Provide software service, service delivery support for customer on standard systems. Respond to service, product, technical and Customer relations questions.
- Needs to be able to pick up, move PCs/Monitors/Printers, etc. Shift work, night, weekend and on-call with the ability to start ASAP.
Core: Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.
AA/AS or equivalent experience and 1 -3 years total work experience required. Has knowledge of support requirements for state-of-the art information technologies associated with Health Care. Assist in the testing, debugging of problems are required by domain.
