Establish new Injection Molding Setting Optimize existing Injection Molding Setting Documentation of IM-Setting accord to SOP Optimize Processes Follow internal processing guidelines/standards Minor Machine Repairs Order Materials from Warehouse with proper Documentation Perform Color Change Perform Mold Changes Prepare Materials for new Orders Start Production with appropriate Documentation Minor Mold Repairs/Conversions Operate Motan Equipment Operation of Periphery EquipmentOther Duties As Assigned
Check components to ensure they meet the quality standards Understand mold terminology and parts Understand molding process terminology Proficient with Hand and Power Tools Understand Motan Equipment Function and adjust if necessary Understand All Periphery Equipment Use of the Crane System Perform Setup of equipment Release Production Order Documents according to SOP Use measuring equipment Setup/Establishment/Change of new IM-setting Optimize IM-Settings and Processes Proactive input in set up / processing High School Education or Equivalent Injection Molding Experience ( > 3 years) or Equivalent Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.Must be able to Read & Write Computer Knowledge Microsoft Office 95 or aboveTo apply, click 'Apply Now', click 'Job Openings' on top of page and then search for position when prompted.
