Monitor process equipment.
Troubleshoot process and equipment problems.
Ensure quality products are being produced.
Maintain required records.
Ensure first piece quality prior to releasing machine to production.
Ensure all quality and production documentation is prepared prior to releasing production.
Participate in special projects on an as needed basis including participation in corrective action teams.
Develop and implement appropriate statistical tools.
Participate in development and implementation of training programs.
Assure all safety, manufacturing, and housekeeping requirements are met.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in setup and operation of various machines.
Must have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Experience with assorted automation equipment.
Experience with high volume production is a plus.
Experience with window studies a plus.
Possess strong communication skills.
Able to work overtime as well as swing and graveyard shifts.
