The Innovox NAM Channel Manager will be responsible selling the UPW product line to all market segments throughout North America with revenue responsibility of $1.0 million annually with 20% growth expectations.
In addition, you will:
Be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for instruments and aftermarket products/services within the region - Revenue is generated through a combination of direct sales and third party channels
Sales Skills – Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills including prospecting, negotiations, closing, time management, Strategic Selling concepts, key account activities, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Technical, Applications, and Market Knowledge – Be expected to have a solid technical understanding of our products and services and must have an excellent understanding of our primary markets and applications (This knowledge includes a complete understanding of industry regulations as they relate to our products). Lastly, a sales representative will be expected to have at a minimum, a basic technical understanding of our competitors’ products and sales distribution
Channel Management – Be responsible for supporting and managing third party sales agents which includes: defining the channel strategy, performance management, and hiring or firing new sales partners as needed to achieve revenue targets
Customer Database Management – Be responsible for updating the Pivotal CRM database on a regular basis which includes: creating and frequently updating lead, company, contact, user group, and opportunity records; creating quotations; recording key customer interactions as notes; and updating forecasted opportunities (within a 90 day horizon) on at least a monthly basis, and the remaining forecasted opportunities on a periodic basis
Communications – Be expected to keep Sales Management and the appropriate Product Manager informed and aware of market trends and customer feedback as well as be proficient at communicating to customers, sales agents and coworkers on the phone and in person. You will be capable of clear and concise written and email communication and communicate well with other sales team members to discuss market information, sales strategies and tactics, and to coordinate key account opportunities that span multiple territories and regions
Travel – Be available to travel on a frequent basis to customer sites in the assigned territory to perform product demonstrations, assist in the sale of aftermarket products, and visit existing customers to prospect for new opportunities. You will attend company sponsored trade shows within the territory and makes the National Sales Manager aware of local or regional conferences that would help create sales opportunities in the territory. You will travel to and participates in company sales conferences and meetings
Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, preferably in a Chemistry or Chemistry related curriculum
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Analytical Instrument experience, preferably with TOC instrumentation
Experience selling to Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, Food & Beverage, or Contract laboratories
Prior experience managing third parties
