At this time, Wawanesa General Insurance is looking for an Inside Adjuster Trainee in San Diego, CA.
The Inside Adjuster Trainee investigates and analyzes all information relative to a collision claim. The Inside Adjuster Trainee will also process documentation associated with vehicle inspections, payments, QR's and police reports. Additionally, this person will confirm coverage and resolve coverage questions.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of "Unfair Claims Settlement Practices" regulations.
Possess strong investigative and organizational skills.
Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Experience as a Claims Clerk preferred.
Able to work under pressure of high volume work.
Maintain 100% closing ratio on average pending.
Working knowledge of computers and/or data entry screens.
Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
Neat and legible handwriting.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
