The Inside Sales Account Manager position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role on the Americas Solution Sales Team. Bsquare is looking for an aggressive self-starter with history of successful inside sales experience for the embedded electronics space, ideally with a software services provider. This person will need to identify customer pain points and relate those to our solutions comfortably. You should be comfortable discussing embedded technology, professional services and have a proven history of achieving sales quota.

    • BS or BA

    • Minimum 2-4 years inside solution sales

    • Experience selling Embedded Solutions for a software provider

    • Inside Sales experience in services technology

    • Business acumen, achievement orientated with presentation, interpersonal and time management skills.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other sales automation tools

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

    • Ability to prioritize and work independently

    • Team player, tenacity, decisive

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Highly proficient and effective selling over the phone

    • Confident and articulate around a broad range of technology

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Embedded, Android, iOS and Linux a plus

    • Experience selling software and proven sales history with license and royalty based products

    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    • Create and present lead development reports to sales management

    • This individual should be able to develop strong internal relationships.

    • Highly motivated with strong planning skills

    • Possess a hunter mentality with ability to build rapport with customers quickly

    • Individual will work out of the Bsquare Corporate Offices in Bellevue, WA, no travel is expected
