Position Summary
The Inside Sales Account Manager is highly motivated individual that will provide a key role within the Americas Solution Sales Team. Bsquare is looking for an aggressive self-starter with history of successful inside sales experience for the embedded electronics space, ideally with a software services provider. This person will need to identify customer pain points and relate those to our solutions comfortably. You should be comfortable discussing embedded technology, professional services and have a proven history of achieving sales quota.

Monitor, qualify, and nurture all Sales and Marketing in-bound Leads.
Strong lead generation and prospecting activity of up to 30 daily calls
Proficient at nurturing Leads into Opportunities by managing the early stages of sales process
While prospecting, leverage all client interactions to probe and identify pain that Bsquare solutions can address
Experience selling Embedded Solutions for a software provider
Develop or enhance prospecting processes that include call scripts, contact strategies and messaging to best qualify lead activities
Close smaller deals over the phone independently
Process quotes, orders or renewals as required by customer or outside sales team
Work with Solution Sales team to schedule meetings or on-line presentations
Work closely with Sales Management, Professional Services teams, Program Managers, Marketing and Finance.
Document and present sales campaign reports to Marketing and Sales

BS or BA
Minimum 2-4 years inside solution sales
Experience selling Embedded Solutions for a software provider
Inside Sales experience in services technology
Business acumen, achievement orientated with presentation, interpersonal and time management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other sales automation tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Team player, tenacity, decisive
Excellent communication skills
Highly proficient and effective selling over the phone
Confident and articulate around a broad range of technology
Knowledge of Microsoft Embedded, Android, iOS and Linux a plus
Experience selling software and proven sales history with license and royalty based products
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Create and present lead development reports to sales management
This individual should be able to develop strong internal relationships.
Highly motivated with strong planning skills
Possess a hunter mentality with ability to build rapport with customers quickly
Individual will work out of the Bsquare Corporate Offices in Bellevue, WA, no travel is expected
