NeoDirect is the fasting growing segment within Neopost USA and we are looking for some top performers to join our sales team.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• The Account Manager Representative’s responsibilities include taking a proactive approach to maintaining our low end customer base
• Iinitiate and generate calls, assigned by the supervisor,
• Directly interface with internal and external customers to generate interest for rental and lease renewals.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree, preferred
• One to two years of customer service in addition to previous telemarketing or inside sales experience
• Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Basic Excel spreadsheet skills
• Knowledge of Order Entry processes and procedures
