What We're Looking for: A highly energetic inside sales person with excellent people, sales and technical skills who wants to build one of Michigan's success stories.

Job Overview: Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for coordinating commercial aspects of our customer relationships including sales prospecting for new clients, lead follow up, qualification, solution development, quotes, and kicking off the order deployment with the operations team. This is a full time exempt position working in our Ann Arbor office.

DUTIES

Position Responsibilities:
  • Outbound prospecting for new client opportunities through phone, direct e-mail, and web-based marketing activities
  • Manage and qualify incoming sales leads from outbound prospecting and incoming leads, understanding requirements
  • Develop solutions to meet prospects' needs, present and demonstrate solutions
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering to address customer's technical sales requirements
  • Issue price quotes and close sales orders with new prospects
  • Track sales metrics and results against goals
  • Other duties as required to assist the Online Tech in achieving its sales objectives
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills and Background
  • At least three years experience in outbound technical sales and four-year college degree
  • Technical familiarity with servers, networking, and hosting
  • Demonstrated track record in overachieving objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, contact databases, phone skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, demonstrated ability to close sales over the phone
  • A strong desire to learn new skills and excel
  • Self motivator with strong work ethic with a "can-do" positive attitude
  • Desire to be a part of the fast-paced, high-energy entrepreneurial experience
