Work Activities:
Determines customer requirements and expectations to accurately recommend specific products and solutions

Meets or exceeds level 1 monthly sales targets as set by management

Answers all inbound inquiries from prospective and existing clients

Manages the full sales cycle from lead to close

Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships

Contacts customers after a sale to ensure expectations have been met and services are operating

Manages account services through quality checks and follow-up

Enters all leads into CRM system

Minimum Requirements:
Two years of relevant and progressive inside sales experience

Salesforce or comparable CRM experience

Understanding of current web technologies

Preferred Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of the web hosting industry

Knowledge of FTP, POP, IMAP, SMTP, Linux, Apache, Bash shell, HTML, PHP, MySQL, & DNS
