PowerSports Network is now the largest provider of dealer website, online marketing, social media and mobile services for dealers all 50 states and Canada.
Our parent company, Dominion Enterprises provides a comprehensive suite of technology-based marketing solutions including Internet advertising, lead generation, customer relationship management, website design and hosting, and data management services. The Role: Inside Sales Consultants will be responsible for growing revenue from in-house accounts and ensuring long-term business relationships by: Selling web site related products to both existing and new powersports industry customers over the telephone and via email. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads from various sources such as business directions, SalesForce, and internet web sites. Makes outbound lead follow up calls to qualify leads and sell products and services.
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales. Explains product being marketed, emphasizing salable features. Quote prices and credit terms and prepares sales orders. Works closely with the field sales team to improve sales penetration and customer satisfaction.
Prepares reports, enters new customer data and maintain database. Maintains appropriate confidentiality of all information processed. Abilities and Requirements Consistently provide excellent service and support to customers and co-workers. Experience in and knowledge of the internet and social media.
Sales experience, preferably in software, powersports or automotive industries. Ability to accurately use a computer keyboard. Excellent administrative skills and ability to accurately spell and proofread. Ability to work with minimal supervision and to be a team player.
Ability to listen and communicate effectively on the telephone and with co-workers and supervisors. Meet deadlines and established criteria for all job functions related to sales. Ability to work scheduled hours and to attend meetings and scheduled training sessions. Conform to company policies and procedures.
