Job Description Viralheat is looking for an Inside Sales/Market Development Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the generation of revenue for Viralheat through prospecting, lead qualification, and collaboration with our business intelligence and marketing teams.

  • Inbound sales lead qualification and routing assistance in managing and responding to leads, qualifying prospects and working with sales and marketing
  • Management of CRM platform for lead scoring and management
  • Movement of existing accounts down the funnel into paid plans
  • Gather intelligence and report on prospect feedback
  • New business prospecting and lead development
  • Consult with customers to identify problems and determine a solution direction
  • Selling with charisma, intelligence and organized execution
  • Closing new business

Qualifications Viralheat Requirements
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work independently as well as with multiple teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Track record of problem-solving and thinking on your feet
  • Calm and collected during challenges
  • Desire to work outside of the 9 to 5 lifestyle
  • Terrific communication and presentation skills

Position Requirements
  • At least one year managing Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Understanding of social media
  • Knowledge of analytics (especially social media analytics) is a strong plus
  • 2+ years experience with inside sales
