Are you a sales hunter who is looking to join an amazing team and make an impact right away? Demandforce is looking for our next super star Account Executive! This role is exciting, challenging, and highly rewarding. With a 75%-80% closing ratio for our product and a very short sales cycle (30-45 minutes), you can expect to make 120K+ your first year! What the role entails:
  • Conducting own web demos
  • Overwhelming desire to hunt grow own territory
  • Travel to territory to attend trade shows and conventions with team
  • Closing between 12-15 deals per month to hit 120K quarterly quota
  • Work in Salesforce CRM to update leads/deals closed/ and mailers sent
  • Participate in fun team challenges
  • Cross sell in different divisions and upselling additional products
  • Build relationships with Partners and Distributers
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and team meetings
  • Involve yourself with the hiring process- be an Ambassador at hiring events and during interviews
What we are looking for:
  • 2+ years direct closing experience from an inside sales role
  • Quota carrying experience which is listed on the resume
  • Cold calling experience between 60-80 calls a day
  • Knowledge of buying signals- smart, tactful, and sharp
  • High transaction experience (15-30 deals a month ideal)
  • Short sales cycle experience: 2 weeks- 2 months
  • Hungry to make 120K+
  • Wants to be a leader and move quickly into a leadership role
  • Encompasses the work hard/play hard attitude
  • Is a hustler and self-motivated
  • Loves a hard close and can take several angles to overcome objections
