We are looking for a professional experienced in sales and customer service to join our nationwide distributor of security products. As an Inside Sales Manager you will manage the branch's team of inside sales representatives, focused on developing new business as well as retaining and developing business with existing customers. The successful Inside Sales Manager will lead the inside sales team to develop and to maintain strong relationships by helping customers meet their needs while growing sales and gross profit.
As the Inside Sales Manager you are responsible for the accountability and professional development of each inside sales member, driving customer service, proactive creation of new business by your team, and strategic alignment with the Vice President of Sales for your region. The Inside Sales Manager will be required to use all available analytical tools and reports to maximize the potential of each sales representative and the team as a whole to better serve CLARK’s customers and to grow sales.
