Summary of Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) shall be responsible for the marketing of underwriting guidelines to secure financial lending opportunities in a specified market. This includes managing auto dealer accounts, assisting in the loan process, providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between dealerships and corporate offices. In addition, the account manager is responsible for leadership and/or participation during team meetings and events, maintaining account management software, producing month end reports and completion of marketing projects and assignments.

Essential Functions:
Managing accounts through phone calls, emails, faxes and follow up.

Marketing program guidelines and all product offerings including SAF, Drive, S-Guard, RoadLoans, and any future products to the entire dealership.

Conducting sales and finance presentations.

Correctly utilizing and updating all reporting and sales tools including the sales management software tool, SalesForce.com.

Assisting Funding and Credit with the loan process.

Supporting the Dealer Operations department, Titles department, and various other internal departments.

Educating the dealerships about new policies and guidelines.

Monthly goal setting and reporting.

Attending and participating during meetings and conference calls.

Obtaining dealer agreements.

Following corporate policies and guidelines.

Marketing promotional campaigns and dealer incentives.

Successfully completing additional initiatives and meeting Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) expectations.

Other Functions:
Special projects as requested.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Prior outside sales/marketing and account management experience a plus; experience in auto finance strongly desired.

Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills; strong presentation and public speaking skills a must.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong problem solving skills.

Flexibility to manage a territory and travel.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions:
Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.

Travel to multiple facilities may be required.

Required Experience
