Position Description:
Our talented team of inside sales representatives works to find dependable and safe trucking companies to move our customer’s freight. Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trucking companies over the phone in order to move our customer’s freight
  • Prospect and grow your book of business through outbound sales calls and prospecting – leads provided
  • Generate new sales revenue
  • Successfully negotiate pricing with carriers on a continuous basis
  • Collaborate with your team on pricing decisions, supplier selection and timing
  • Track and trace shipments
  • Resolve issues and provide an overall positive experience with Fetch Logistics
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of proven sales/customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree required
  • Phone experience preferred
  • Highly motivated and competitive drive to exceed goals
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to build business relationships quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Talent for negotiation and urgency to be the best
  • Literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
