Our talented team of inside sales representatives works to find dependable and safe trucking companies to move our customer’s freight. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with trucking companies over the phone in order to move our customer’s freight
- Prospect and grow your book of business through outbound sales calls and prospecting – leads provided
- Generate new sales revenue
- Successfully negotiate pricing with carriers on a continuous basis
- Collaborate with your team on pricing decisions, supplier selection and timing
- Track and trace shipments
- Resolve issues and provide an overall positive experience with Fetch Logistics

- 1-3 years of proven sales/customer service experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree required
- Phone experience preferred
- Highly motivated and competitive drive to exceed goals
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build business relationships quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Talent for negotiation and urgency to be the best
- Literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
