The qualified candidate will engage in inside sales and prospecting activities, working with a Fortune 200 financial company. Outbound calls primarily working with a large base of active current clients, small business owners, community organizations, and potential alliance partners. Develop sales and business development opportunities for a team of existing reps throughout the Northern California territory, as well as transact direct sales with consumers over the phone/internet.
- Experience with heavy outbound calling
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Good with details and follow up
- Customer service experience
- Ability to learn various company administrative and operations systems – Salesforce, Sage, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Life and Health insurance license desired
Part-time or full-time position options, depending on candidate
