Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Rep is a self directed associate responsible for managing Mobility inside sales activities throughout his/her teams account base in an effort to grow revenue build solid customer relationships expand Ingram Micros market share and meet/exceed growth objectives. In addition to serving the customer the Inside Sales Rep is to act as a sales leader partnering with AE/BDM in building sales initiatives and may lead initiative to meet/exceed sales and growth objectives.

Requirements:
Education: High School degree or equivalent. Bachelors degree desirable.

Experience: Minimum of six years previous Mobility sales/customer service experience in related industry or a minimum of four year experience within Ingram Micro in a sales related capacity Knowledge of: Solid understanding of Ingram Micro program offerings and services. Professional effective telephone techniques and customer care. Skill in: Skilled in building outstanding customer/business relationship and understanding how to effectively sell into their appropriate business model. Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written). Proven leadership skill set with the ability to stay professional and focused thought-out conflict resolution. Possesses a high degree of confidence and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills. Strong computing or keyboarding skills and moderate knowledge of Excel required. Moderate level of sales and negotiation skills required. Ability to: multi-task respond to rapid change perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency prioritize and perform work with detailed supervision.
