Inbound Sales Representative
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you may work with a headset, but it's your mindset that makes you most valuable. Use your ability to make real connections with potential customers by providing an exceptional buying experience. We're looking for passionate, outgoing people with a desire to provide excellent customer service. This is an opportunity to work in an enthusiastic environment that gives you the chance to engage with people all day long. You'll spend 90% of your time handling inbound phone calls regarding insurance rates and policies, and offering our customers tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Pick you own work schedule!
You can select to work five 8hr days or four 10hr days, it's up to you.
Work five 8 hour days:
1:00 pm -10:00 pm
Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, plus one additional day of your choice!
Work four 10 hour days:
11:00 am - 10:00 pm
Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday!
Training Schedule (Paid Training)
Classroom: 8:30 am - 5:15 pm, Monday - Friday-6 weeks
Academy: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Required Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Pay Rate: $12.75 - $14.75/hr (non commissioned sales)
Education, Experience and Skills:
Providing world class service to our potential customers countrywide, our sales representatives must possess the following:
1 year of sales experience and an understanding of sales techniques (this experience could include direct sales, cross-selling and overcoming objections)
2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment or two years post-secondary education
Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Gainshare bonus of up to 16% of salary (Gainshare is a bonus program given to all employees based on company profitability)
