DUTIES

Overview of Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with several departments in order to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings. Other duties include, but are not limited to, proactive outbound cold calling to qualify leads, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, developing end-user opportunities and distributing marketing materials. Depending on the individual, this role may lead to a future role in field sales or sales & marketing operations. This individual will report to the VP of Marketing.Primary Responsibilities: *Exceed goals for scheduling meetings for Territory Sales Managers*Proactively gather account and territory level information for identified targets*Work with sales and marketing to create targeted campaigns*Keep Management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports*Participate in all inside sales meetings and trainings*Conduct diligent follow-up for all activities conducted within the territory with special attention to accounts showing interest in developing a partnership with Bostech*Review information sources (journals, periodicals, internet, media, etc.) on a regular basis to identify trends/changes to aid in competitive intelligence*Generate market interest via various projects, surveys, campaigns, teaching, site visits and/or promotions*Call prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. *Engage in discussions with potential clients, demonstrations and presentations*When necessary, travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits and/or trade shows

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree.
