We have an immediate opening for a Inside Sales Representative .
As a member of the TDS Sales and Service organization, the Commercial Ssales Representative is a responsible teammate who makes a positive contribution to the camaraderie and culture of the organization.
Externally, the Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for developing and building long-term business relationships with both new and existing accounts at the local, regional and national levels. The CSR will demonstrate the ability to deliver a “package of value" to these customers; selling and servicing TDS’ products, services, information, and programs to reduce operating costs for the customers while increasing the profit of TDS.
This position requires an experienced person who is motivated in growing sales and profits for TDS, while reducing operating expenses for our customers, through a process of continual personal growth and development; learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge from customers, vendors, fellow employees and corporate training initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for corporate citizenship and teamwork.
Responsible for customer satisfaction, maintaining customer accounts internally.
Develops and builds consultative relationships with existing and future accounts. Works with customers to offer alternatives to resolve problems and follows up to ensure satisfactory completion.
Contacts Prospective New Customers Via Phone
Collecting information on competitive new tire and services in the market.
Possess in-depth knowledge of GCR/TDS products and services, the Inside Sales Represenative will use this knowledge to reduce customer’s cost.
Identifies opportunities for the company and works closely with customers .
Responsible for program compliance, administrative requirements and technical expertise.
Communicates and delivers the GCR/TDS package of value" to customers. Developes and maintains company imange and corporate philosophy in the community.
Responsilbe for Data Entry and Filing of Work Orders.
Remains Current on changes in policy and procedures.
Prepares routine reports and assits Store Manager in Special Projects.
Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed.
Must be able to lift 100 lbs
Must have good communication skills
Must have basic computer skills
Any other duties as assigned by store manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education and experience: Must have High School Diplomian or Higher Education and experience in the tire industry .
Technical Knowledge: Must possess selling skills and have a basic understanding of the billing process. Ability to administer and adhere to company policies and regulations in a positive manner. Possesses tire/service sales experience. Must possess tire product knowledge, and be knowledgeable of the customers and competitive market. Working knowledge of software utilized in the store and a thorough understanding and knowledge of PC Microsoft software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates effective organizational, reasoning, problem solving abilities and time management skills. Must possess leadership and team building experience. Evidence of strong interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills for working with customers and other GCR/TDS representatives. Possess evidence of the ability to effectively communicate both orally and written with store personnel, administrative office personnel, and customers. Must be able to handle continuous stressful situations in an effective manner. Should be methodical and reliable, and be able to handle rejection. Evidence of a self starter with high a motivation level and a being of self-confidence. Also, possess strong presentation skills with the ability to provide leadership and conduct meetings.
General Statement: Must be able to work in a stressful environment while maintaining an encouraging attitude towards all customers and employees. Requires a valid driver’s license. May be required to lift over fifty pounds when necessary.
