Achievement of budget. Revenue generation and retention through effective sales effort and client support within an assigned geographical area. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain a portfolio of accounts below $5000-$100 in monthly revenue.* Make contacts at regular intervals based on Account Classification.* Review customer's needs and satisfaction with our company's performance.* Receive and facilitate the processing of requests via email, fax, or telephone.* Maintain and initiate file maintenance for corrections to customers file; updated to be made in DECS and DxConnect.* Maintain detailed contact records in Dx Connect.* Maintain Contract, SLA, SOP, and Credit related documents.* Build relationships with current customers and solicit sales of new or additional services.* Obtain customer feedback information and submit to management.* Report all urgent problems to management via defined process and report resolution to customer.* Communicate with management and external customers.* Facilitate conversion of Customers to DxNow through demonstrations.* Source and prequalify "target" prospects to include lapsed accounts.* Utilize needs based on selling model to develop customized solutions linking Dynamex services and capabilities with Customer needs and objectives.* Sale additional services to existing accounts based on Customer identified needs and objectives.* Maintain product knowledge.* Monitor and report on competitive activity and market conditions.* Maintain liaison with Dynamex personnel/departments.* Complete all reports/survey analysis.* Complete all daily call quotas as assigned.* Provide qualified leads to the Regional and National Sales Organization.* Maintain large portfolio of accounts.* Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1-3 years Inside Sales experience.* Minimum 3-5 years contact center experience. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS * Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM applications.* Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.* Must demonstrate a "customer advocacy" attitude.* Must have excellent verbal and organizational skills.* Must have the ability to speak with a smile in a clear understandable voice.* Must enjoy assisting others especially over the phone.* Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm.* Must possess a track record at a minimum of 30/50 calls per day.* Must possess both inbound and outbound experience.
