As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage Maintenance Renewals; grow existing accounts through finding new buyers and introducing existing contacts to new product offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold-calling key decision makers to set appointments
  • Gathering data and actively listening to prospective and existing clients by using consultative methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify impact areas
  • Manage and close maintenance renewals and upgrade opportunities
· Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts

· Provide ongoing pipeline management and forecasting updates as requested

· Conducting outbound call campaigns against sales and marketing initiatives

· Working closely in conjunction with territory sales team to ensure all new partner accounts are being maintained and fully optimized

· Creating and delivering complex, customized solutions that provide value to clients’ bottom line

· Becoming a subject matter expert and acquiring ongoing marketplace intelligence by researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources

· Conducting tailored, web-based presentations over the phone to showcase our product offerings

· Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business need, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone

· Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly quota

Desired Skills & Experience

To qualify for the Inside Sales Representative, you must have a strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone.

· Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience, preferred

· Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture

· Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

· Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Expertise with solution selling and value-based selling

· Experience working on a performance based compensation structure

Required Education and Experience:

· Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· 6 months to 2 years of inside and/or outside experience with cold calling experience

· Energetic and high quality team player with outstanding interpersonal skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· Understanding of computer networking, and computer peripheral products in network environments a plus

· Experience working within a commission and quota structure; history of meeting and/or surpassing goals and quotas

· Proficiency with MS Office, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM experience preferred
