DESCRIPTION:
As an Inside Sales Representative for Daigger, you will play a crucial role in driving consistent contact and increased sales with an identified group of customers . Your day will be spent interacting with prospective and current customers over the phone and via our state-of-the-art Daigger website. Leverage your strong B2B sales experience making a bottom-line impact and maximizing your commission potential! Ideal candidates will be smiling in a resting state and know how to establish a personal/emotional impact on customers while delivering bar-raising service and sales results.

DUTIES:
  • Conducting outbound sales calls on preselected and order specified customers while establishing relationships, presenting product specials, eliminating pain points for customers, and communicating the advantages of doing business with Daigger.
  • Interacting with online customers via www.daigger.com with a drive to win new business from first time visitors and returning customers alike.
  • Taking and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner with a customer first approach.
  • Placing follow-up calls for orders received to thank valued customers for their business.
  • Updating customer contact and activity in SalesForce.com.
  • Administering quotes and bids obtained through customer calls and emails. Pricing bids with the support of the pricing desk and sales management.
  • Communicating effectively via email to attractively presenting product information and pricing.
  • Completing daily and monthly narratives measuring performance to predetermined objectives and territory activity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 3 years successful Business-to-Business Inside Sales experience.
  • Prior experience selling laboratory or medical equipment highly desired.
  • College degree required. Bachelors of Science degree preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member as well as independently.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook with fast & accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Prior experience with SalesForce.com a plus.
