The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of Net Optics product line combined with astute revenue generation skills to drive sales and bring products to market. The position requires the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • Maintain a “Customer First” Attitude
  • Create a network of relationships that results in company revenue
  • Review information from customers and provide such follow-up’s as visio diagrams, comprehensive product and recommended solutions and involve the needed internal team (PM, FAE, Channel Mgr. etc..)Respond to all customer inquiries within 2 hours of receipt
  • Educate customers on our solutions
  • Look for opportunities to up-sell our product line
  • Provide and analyze sales data and provide it in written and chart format
  • Distribute international customers to resellers/distributors
  • Foster potential leads and turn them into customers
  • Provide support to the Sales Team as needed
  • Attend Seminars, Show and Marketing events of behalf of Net Optics Sales Team
  • Develop and manage new End User Accounts through continuous WebEx trainings

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2-4 years customer support/sales experience selling IT Network, security software or software as a service preferred, or a combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding Quota
  • Be conversant in Network Architecture and Security
  • Ability to develop qualified leads for the sales force through outbound and inbound telephone contact with limited assistance from team members
  • Ability to qualify all prospects, track progress through sales cycle, and substantially contributes to pipeline growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
