Premier offers a new and improved 2 week training class that will provide you with everything you need to know to become successful in this business! Many of our Sales Executives have come from a wide range of backgrounds. Prior sales or industry experience is not as important as strong sales aptitudes, and a desire to achieve!
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years inside sales experience preferred
- Strong Sales aptitudes and abilities
- Superior Customer service, Professionalism and telephone Sales skills
- Possess High level of confidence over the telephone
- Motivated self-starter - Goal Driven
- Highly money motivated
- Strong written and verbal and listening communication skills
- Effective problem solving skills
- Dependable, reliable, strong work ethic
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a greater team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word) and internet navigation
