As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the ISR will be focused on SME businesses. The ISR will be expected to meet and exceed their "new" sales target, meet and exceed the "up-sell" sales target and follow up with all inquiries within 24 hours. The successful candidate MUST have excellent communication skills and professionalism and the ability to perform high level consultative sales & business value to C and VP level executives as well as articulate to the technical champion the value-proposition. The candidate must also possess a "HUNTER/CLOSER" mentality with a proven track record of winning "value-driven" sales and is armed a proven repeatable and sustainable "sales process". The candidate will update netsuite.com CRM, submit accurate forecasts, timely updates and strength in working in small teams as well as independently. The ISR will work closely with Qualys TAM (Technical Account Managers), partners when appropriate to grow overall coverage of territory.

3+ "complex" software sales experience
Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience from business champions, technical teams, audit & compliance teams to C-level executives.
Demonstrated experience driving the full sales cycle from prospect , demo, evaluation, contract negotiation and through close of initial deals and renewal/up-sell periods.
Experienced "pipeline" management
Technically proficient and confident (security and/or networking)
High energy-level exercised with strong business judgment
Very comfortable and articulate over the phone
Experienced articulating the value of SaaS
Experienced cold calling (vertical specific)
Additional plus Competencies:
Experience with conducting web-based demos using such tools as WebEx
Network Security Sales, Web Applications, PCI, and GRC (NIST & CIS) Experience
