(EMP).Together, Sarnova offers more than 100,000 healthcare products to thousands of emergency care providers, hospitals and advanced patient-care facilities nationwide.Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and expanding business within an assigned EMS territory through outbound sales activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Utilize outbound sales skills and techniques to sell Bound Tree products and services through cold calling prospects, referrals and exiting customers. Respond to and/or qualify leads generated by various marketing efforts including website inquiries, vendor leads, trade show leads and catalog requests. Perform outbound calls to customers and prospects specific to vendor and/or product promotions. Educate prospects and customers on product specifications. Conduct product research; gather competitive information on products, prices, and promotions. Provide customers with information as it pertains to product updates, new products, recalls, and product specifications. Utilize sales reports to target customers and/or prospects to increase sales or gain profitable revenue. Foster a team selling environment with Account Managers to develop leads and increase territory sales. Meet and/or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/annual goals. Attend sales meetings, departmental meetings, trade shows and training sessions. Submit daily activity summary, forecast, customer feedback, and sales reports to management. . Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent work experience. A minimum of two (2) years inside sales experience, ideally in the healthcare industry, with a proven track records of meeting/exceeding sales quota.
Skills/Experience Required: Strong negotiation skills with a record of favorable outcomes that are mutually advantageous to Company, supplier and customer. Sound judgment and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop alternative solutions. Ability to gain customer commitments and shorten the sales cycle. Customer focused with ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions. Effective time management and organizational skills. Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
