We are expanding our direct sales division and looking to hire motivated individuals with a talent for new business development. Our sales team, known as Inside Sales Representatives, provide helpful information while selling quality, online continuing education courses to the industry professionals who require education hours for their mandatory State License renewals. You will contact clients and new prospects, establish relationships, and build your book of business. This is 100% INSIDE SALES.
Proactively pursue sale of continuing education courses to industry professionals throughout the United States, via telesales
Determine client requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase client satisfaction and improve transaction value
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross selling, up selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sales items
Educate clients about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and improve customer satisfaction
Generate new and repeat business by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
Accurately process client transactions such as orders and quotes
Contact clients following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Prior telesales or call center experience and the ability to make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls per day
Experience in a goal-oriented sales environment
Ability to develop sales relationships with clients and maintain their accounts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Enjoy phone interaction with professional clients
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Candidates must be energetic, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
