Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to consumers requesting home services through an Outbound dialer and verify information of consumer for a warm transfer to our merchant network.
  • Identify improvements for internal/external processes and systems to increase conversion on the phone channels.
  • Track every customer contact to identify trends and report productivity.
  • Respond to consumers requesting home services through an Outbound dialer and verify information of consumer for a warm transfer to our merchant network.
  • Contact new prospects to match organic leads
  • Contact deactivated customers in order to identify issues and work to resolve them and reactivate the account.
  • Educate customers and set appropriate expectations for lead generation processes and results.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving and an ability to determine solutions for customers.

Experience / Training / Education:
  • 6 months experience as a Customer Care Consultant required.
  • Prior experience in outbound telemarketing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive with good follow-up skills, good listening skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and become a team player.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task daily while, maintaining high performance standards.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the Internet.
