Provide leadership to a nationwide, inside sales call center operation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Execute product sales strategies designed to retain subscribers and generate and increase revenue to ensure that subscriber, financial and operational objectives are achieved.
Develop and manage a team of 12+ Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring delivery of outstanding customer service and achievement of aggressive performance and sales goals.
Partner with Human Resources for the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of Inside Sales agents
Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations for sales practices by active trade and industry association memberships and department training
Ensure staff is properly trained on products and services through formal training and one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
Train and coach frontline staff to follow the sales process and maximize sales. Manage the business “pipeline” by focusing on the sales process to ensure maximum lead generation and high closure rates for new business
Analyze and proactively respond to quantitative and qualitative sales and performance results. Provide feedback and coaching to staff and create and maintain performance review documentation
Identify, mentor and professionally develop top performers for growth opportunities within department and company
Work with Leadership to provide tools, resources and information to ensure subscriber, financial and operational objectives are achieved
Track and report operational metrics to management and other interested parties. Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting for commission administration and processing
Maintain efficient operations through quality assurance and detailed metrics review
Work in tandem with department colleagues to consistently achieve exceptional quality sales results
Provide leadership and seamless management to call center staff
Handle non-routine situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research to resolve

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, dynamic contact center environment required
Has a high level of understanding of all products and services offered
Demonstrated success in the achievement of sales, service goals and objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills

Disciplined, self-starter and able to work independently
Excellent time management and self-management practices
Integrity and honesty beyond reproach
Previous sales leadership experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, extensive experience in Excel preferred.
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, and connectivity
Working knowledge of internet usage and navigation (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.)
