Renaissance Learning, Inc. is seeking an experienced inside sales supervisor for its growing sales force. Our reading, math and assessment solutions are among the most widely used in K-12 and are built for the Common Core and other State Standards. Based in our Los Colinas (Irving, Texas), location you can truly impact the education of millions of students.
Through a team of telephone sales consultants you will help to promote and launch educational products and materials into the K-12 market by selling in a consultative manner to educators across the country products and services from Renaissance Learning. A particular focus will be to promote our newest solution, SubText, and present how it will significantly enhance their ability to accelerate learning in their classrooms and fulfill the CCSS. You will coach, monitor, and motivate District Account Executives to reach sales goals, maintain communication flow with other department supervisors and keep departmental employees updated on all RLI products, policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, be detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities. Strong phone presence and willingness to learn new products is required. Knowledge of K-12 curriculum is extremely beneficial. Prior sales supervisory experience is required.
One year related sales experience, sales supervisory experience, and/or training; along with a minimum of Associates Degree in related field (Bachelors preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
