InsideSales.com is seeking proven, highly motivated, high performance sales professionals to join the Utah based sales team. Sales Account Executives will be primarily responsible for selling the InsideSales.com Sales Communication Platform to new customers in our mid-market segment. InsideSales.com is a SaaS sales enablement platform that enables organizations to boost productivity by integrating lead management intelligence and powerful communication tools like our PowerDialer Suite. Sales Account Executives will utilize a consultative, solution sales approach to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

DUTIES

  • Effectively and independently distill and deliver the InsideSales.com value proposition, demonstrating InsideSales.com's product platform
  • Follow the established InsideSales.com sales process to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity to Sales Management
  • Engage, manage, and prepare proposals, quotes and contracts in order to close InsideSales.com contracts
  • Preform on line product demonstrations
  • Overcome concerns and both business and technical roadblocks
  • Oversee all transactions that occur in assigned account or region and continue to engage customer for additional revenue, leads and other opportunities
  • Assist in implementation of assigned customers; collaborate on product development, and product delivery
  • Hit your number every month and every quarter
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as outlined by direct supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2- 5 years of direct SaaS B2B software sales experience
  • Successful sales track record--consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Solution Sales experience a big plus
  • Selling into sales organizations at the Director, VP, and C-level audiences level
  • Demonstrated experience being able to conduct online sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships with all levels of enterprise organizations; a true "hunter" mentality who strives for the close
  • Must possess highly developed organizational, planning and management skills
  • Strong detail orientation with numbers, follow through and contract details
  • Must have superior written and oral communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with changing needs and requirements
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • A Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing, or related field or relevant experience
  • Extensive experience with CRM technologies and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with dialer, email and social network solutions a plus
