Immediate opening for an Inside Sales professional to promote our on-site health & wellness services to prospective insurance brokers and corporate clients. Successful Inside Sales candidates will have experience with customer service or telemarketing functions in one or more of the following industries: healthcare, technical staffing, insurance, or finance. Assisted by customer relationship software such as ACT! or Goldmine, you will cold call corporations, navigate to identify the decision maker, introduce our services, follow up with a quote or proposal, and close new business over the phone.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Thoroughly understand the industry, the target audience, and our own services - learn about each prospect first before picking up the phone
  • Identify prospective customers via professional telephone cold calls
  • Identify the key decision maker, determine their needs for our services
  • Sell the benefits of Retail Health Network, answer questions, address concerns
  • Follow up with emailed quote or by telephone
  • Track your contacts and conversations in a CRM system
  • Close the new business on the phone
  • Follow with contract for signing
  • Turn over new contract to Program Manager
Your success will be measured by number of decision makers contacted per day, conversion of contacts into quotes, and conversion of quotes into signed contracts.

Successful candidates will have experience in business-to-business telemarketing and sales, including the following skills and qualifications:
  • Clear and concise speaking voice, diction, and grammar
  • Professional yet pleasant and friendly telephone personality
  • Highly organized and neat, extreme attention to detail, excellent work ethic
  • Strong desire to delight the customer – “good enough” is not enough!
  • Self-starting and able to prioritize tasks
  • Experience making high volume sales calls per day
  • Proven ability to close business over the phone
  • Demonstrated CRM experience (ACT!, Goldmine, or other)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends during busy season
  • Familiarity with healthcare and nursing field is helpful, but not required
