With our tremendous and growth and expanded product portfolio, we have need for addition Inside Technical Sales Specialists.

The Inside Technical Sales Specialist will possess thorough knowledge of the technical aspects for the Lenovo product line and support the sales reps in pre-sales activities and post-sales activities as appropriate. They will perform in depth product presentations and demonstrations on all Lenovo hardware and software products as well as provide overviews on Lenovo partner/affiliated product offerings (h/w and s/w).

Industry knowledge is required in all PC and many Server technologies. Experience with Microsoft OS and tools, as well as networking (wired and wireless) is required. The ITSS will effectively leverage all internal Lenovo technical support mechanisms and processes to deliver technical resolutions for required customer technical support.

Position Requirements
-3-5 years of professional inside or outside technical sales experience in a technology field or IT Industry is required.
- Must have had a quota carrying sales position before.
- Working knowledge of IT industry, experience with computer based programs, ability to learn and present hardware portfolio is required.
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills are required.
-- Minimum travel may be required. (less than 5%)
- Supports all technical pre-sales activities from product overviews to deployment consultations to RFP input for Lenovo’s North American relationship business
-Continually improve technical knowledge base in self-directed technical discovery of Lenovo products, partner products and general industry related products and issues.
