Inside Sales Representative
Location - Redding, CA
Job Type - Permanent
Salary - $38,000 plus comp. and appointment incentives
Job Description: DGI seeks a Inside Sales Representative to drive growth through thedevelopment and expansion of customer relationships. We are looking for a driven individual who will work directly with their Account Manager to qualify and close leads generated from various sales resources.
Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.
Further developing relationships with our Cisco partners.
Support of Account Manager in order to achieve successful sales.
Manage the customer accounts for pre-defined sales territory from a customer service prospective.
Prospect new accounts and generate profitable incremental business.
Processing customer orders into the sales system in a timely and accurate manner.
Respond to customer inquiries for product information, availability, order status,pricing, and invoice reconciliation
Monitor daily targets for your respective territory and make necessary outbound calls to achieve set volume targets.
Bachelor's Degree or Sales Experience
Ability to travel 20%
Must have strong ability to be a leader, a self-starter, able to make decisions,determine if process improvement are needed and work without supervision.Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills necessary to solve routine problems. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point experience. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
