Responsibilities:
The Installation Technician provides direct technical assistance to design and manufacturing engineering in support of hardware fabrication planning. Plans the methods and procedures required to provide technical support for scientific or engineering programmatic work. Determines the sequence of operations and performs layout, fabrication, assembly, installation and testing of experimental components, assembly, subsystem and system level hardware, material, apparatus and equipment. Sets up and operates equipment, test apparatus, test equipment, diagnostic devices and related equipment. Fabricates Designs hardware components according to guidelines for production, and prototype or one of kind items. Analyzes design Supports engineering analysis of production process and design deficiencies or malfunctions where immediate determinations regarding cause and needed corrections are required.

configuration management
Qualifications:
Requires High School diploma or equivalent, and one to two years of related experience.
Security Requirements: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. * Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship required. No travel required.
