Responsible for supporting Pioneer’s institutional efforts by maintaining consultant and third-party databases that describe Pioneer’s investment offerings & capabilities as well as providing administrative support to the Sales, Consultant Relations, and Relationship Management teams.
Manage and prepare presentation books for use by the Sales, Consultant Relations and Relationship Management teams.
Work with the Product Marketing group to set priorities for presentation and other marketing material requirements at quarter end.
Proofread and check edits to presentation books; assist in making content edits, if required, and arrange final review and sign-off of materials.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meeting including reserving meeting rooms, audio/visual equipment, catering, agenda, materials and other resources.
Assist the team with other ad hoc projects.
Consultant Relations Support
Oversee and manage the EASE Exchange software that electronically delivers quarterly firm and fixed income data to consultant and third-party databases through frequents audits of outputs.
Identify and evaluate all data requirements and utilizes knowledge of resources to locate and appropriately disseminate data to the databases.
Work closely with the Investment Strategists to add new institutional product offerings to the databases.
Maintain relationships with internal partners throughout the organization to ensure that the databases are current and accurate.
Conduct frequent audits of quantitative and qualitative information in the databases to ensure accuracy and consistency of Pioneer information.
Interact with Legal and Compliance areas to ensure that all databases are accurate and in accordance with policies.
Complete any ad hoc consultant requests.
Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
Minimum of one to two years of financial services industry with some basic understanding of equity and fixed income is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Advanced MS Outlook and strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience working with customer relationship database is a plus.
Understanding of investment/financial terminology is a plus.
Able to anticipate needs and act upon requests independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and solid interpersonal skills required.
Professional phone manner.
Experience communicating with employees and/or professional clients by phone and email.
Ability to multi-task; must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
Demonstrated experience collaborating successfully across departments within an organization and flexibility to support members of other departments when called upon.
