Summary: Reporting to the Director of Training and
Development, this position is responsible for the design
and delivery of leadership, interpersonal and technical
training programs.

Responsiblities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for
administrative, technical, sales marketing and other
employee groups
  • Determine most appropriate method of delivery
(stand-up, computer based, etc.) and training aids
for leadership, technical, and interpersonal
communication programs
  • Using necessary resources (internal and external)
establish and maintain a web-based delivery system
to provide cost effective and high quality training
to employees in distant locations
  • Performs technical writing/documentation. Documents
work policies, processes and procedures, creates
instruction and reference manuals, training
materials and other documentation; Monitor and
evaluate course content and delivery systems for
quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for
improvement as needed.
  • May support other leadership, sales and technical
training as needed. Other development duties as
assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of training design and
curriculum development, principles of adult learning
  • Stand-up training delivery skills, stage presence
and group facilitation skills
  • Experience in designing electronic (e-learning)
training solutions
  • Excellent writing skills including proficiency with
Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Access and
Power Point)
  • Test Administration
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of work process
design
  • Ability to influence others
  • Excellent organization, work prioritization and
project management skills

Education and Experience:
  • BA/BS degree in Education, HR, Organizational
Development or Lean/Six Sigma preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in training design and delivery
  • Previous experience in technical writing,
process/procedure documentation
