We are working with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to develop a new 12-week program to train new Assistant Sales Leaders. Each Leader will be “educated” in a one-on-one relationship by the District Sales Leader and a mentor Sales Leader.
The program contains some tactical training packaged as “Administrative Essentials”. That portion is complete and is about 20% of the program. Client has an outline and detailed design for weeks 1-3 of the 12 week program, but content needs to be built. Currently, very little other than high level outline points exist for weeks 4-12. There are two SMEs who will be available at the Bloomington, MN office 1-2 days per week.
Start Date: 2/18/2013
Duration: Approximately 160 hours (1 month full-time or 2 months part-time)
Location: Client located in Bloomington, MN. Telecommuting with on site meetings in Bloomington, MN. Local candidates required.
