Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of
standardized training modules, especially with a focus in
classroom management, to be used to deliver quality
trainings in the Early Childhood field. Works within a
formalized systematic training design format to enrich
through creative technology. Works effectively with
individuals and groups within and outside the College to
include community partners and other training agencies. This
is a grant funded position. Continued employment is
contingent upon grant funding.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree required within specific subject area related to the position.

Minimum of four years related experience required.

Valid driver's license required.

Experience with Online Course Management (Blackboard or similar) required.

Must have knowledge of coursework development and adult learning principles and the ability to research information for problem solving.

Detail oriented, good verbal and written communication skills, writing, grammar, and editing skills, and multitasking capabilities are all required.
