Job Description:
Functions as a subject matter expert in providing design and delivery of training programs and projects. Develops integrated, high quality solutions training for specialists, field technicians, field engineers, project managers and/or customers. Assesses trainee competencies including the need for additional training and provides feedback to management. Develops customized versions of existing training to meet specific client needs as requested.
Develops learning solutions in both classroom and electronic environments assisting internal employees and external customers to achieve specific learning objectives. Leads or participates in design, development, testing and maintenance of learning solutions. Ensures all contents areas are technically accurate and achieve training purpose. Reviews all assigned training materials and designs program improvements on a continuous basis. Modifies/revises lessons, modules or classes in accordance with departments version control process and clients unique needs. Ensures product functionality in training lab environment including updating and testing labs and course materials to accommodate new software and hardware functionality Retains up to date knowledge of service strategies, design engineering best practices, installation, startup and troubleshooting techniques. Becomes subject matter expert by attaining full knowledge of applications, installations and operations of assigned products, tools and services.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Other experience: documentation, courseware development, instructional development, writing skills. Preferrably knowledge of system controls / DDS controls.
