Job Description
Need someone for a role of an Instructional designer who can:
Write ILTs (Instructor Lead Training) for processes and applications Create job aids for processes and applications Is local here in Milwaukee for next 6 months Can work with customers/SMEs to gather information around the processes and applications If has some HR function experience (will help) Has good communication skills Has knowledge of some of these HR applications Has experience working with offshore team (will help) Is willing to work as a team member of 4-5 peers on this project Will be reporting into me/a peer Manager of mine
