Description of Duties:
Create classroom course materials that support field-driven performance shortfalls, overseeing and creating course content, and researching, implementing, and evaluating training. This includes but is not limited to instructional systems design and documentation, storyboards, narrative scripts, graphics, textbooks, tests, and scenario props. All designs shall adhere to the standards set by the Council on Occupational Education, as well as school house instructional design policies and procedures. Responsibilities include collaboration on training plans and blended learning implementation strategies; provide quality assurance and peer reviews on design plans and instructional materials; creating professional level presentation materials; regularly participating in meetings requiring close interaction with various project stakeholders (clients, SME, and end user); perform needs and/or gap analysis to determine training needs; and produce quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Requirements for the Position :
- 5 years experience working with DoD training programs
- Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology
- BS degree highly desired.
- TS/SCI active clearance required.
