Masters Degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, other related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working in the higher education environment. Experience working with the Adobe Master Collection Suite with special emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat applications. Experience with course design and development. Classroom teaching experience. Possess advanced technical computer skills, including experience with learning management software and other digital media applications. Integrate sound pedagogical and instructional design practices. Communicate well with others both verbally and in writing. Organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines. Synthesize or create new training documentation or projects based on need. Make independent judgments/decisions within established guidelines. Demonstrate teamwork and service excellence attitude. Demonstrate knowledge of current applications of online class technology.
